1. TO ENTER: Simply provide your first and second names; place and country of residence; and email address via http://sweepstakes.michaelflowersjackal.com/. Entry submission is between Sunday 15 August 2010 and Saturday 16 October 2010. Entry is by one entrant per email account. An entrant making multiple entries with same email account or various accounts will be disqualified. Sponsor and affiliated parties are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes. All successful submissions will be followed by an acknowledgement note. If you do not receive an acknowledgement after your submission, please check and resend.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 16 or older at the time of 00:00 on Sunday 15 August 2010.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing on Sunday 17 October 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. The First Names and Last Name Initials of the five winners and their respective countries of residence will be posted online at michaelflowersjackal.com.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Five (5) winners will each receive one copy of Michael Flowers’ Jackal.
5. SPONSOR’S DECISION: The sponsors decision or discretion is final and binding. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the official rules.
6. WINNERS: To receive their winning prizes (novel), winners will be required to send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Michael Flowers’ Jackal Sweepstakes, FlowersBooks, a Division of Flowers School of Technology and Management, Tuebinger Strasse 30, 72127 Kusterdingen, Germany available after 18 October 2010 and before 18 November 2010. Alternatively, winners may opt to arrange other modes of collecting their prizes. However, no transfer or substitution of the prize will be permitted.
7. RELEASE FORM AND PUBLICITY: Prize winners will be required to complete and submit an affidavit of publicity and release forms electronically. Upon acceptance of prize, winner permits the use of his/her name, place of residence, promotional video, reviews, voice and or image for promotional advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all appropriate media formats worldwide in perpetuity by the sponsor and affiliated parties without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
